Service Rep
(Full-Time Position)
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for servicing, maintaining growth and revenues for existing customers in his/her territory.
Deliver and put away orders as well as take new inventory orders
Keep bins and cabinetry clean, labeled and organized
Introduce new products to customers through the use of Patlin marketing material
Develop a strong working relationship with our customers
Manage and produce growth in each account he/she services
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent, Advanced degrees preferred
Excellent client service skills
Ability to make several calls per day
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and growth mindset
Self motivated and able to work in team environment as well as an individual
Sales or customer service experience encouraged
