Business Development Representative
(Full-Time Position)
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and quantify new business leads. Work with the call center to obtain appointments, then work to develop the lead into an account. Once account is obtained will work with Account Manager to see continued growth in each new account acquired.
Work with call center to develop new appointments
Work with Regional Sales Manager to build a strategic plan identifying territories and prospective customer
Update CRM Program with all new account information daily
Obtain new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing business as well as prospective customers
Show marketing pieces to prospective customers
Identify and set proper pricing with help from Regional Sales Manager
Maintain contact and communication on a regular basis with Account Managers in order to regulate growth with customers
Resolve customer concerns by investigating any problem if they arise and help them identify a solution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain communication with customers in order to verify that Patlin meets the customer's wants and needs
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications preferred
Self motivated with ability to work in a team environment
Experience managing a sales process from lead to close
Strong organization and negotiation skills
Outside sales experience preferred
